Support organisation - Reviewing an innovation (QA)

You will be notified when your organisation has been suggested to support an innovation. You have 5 working days to review the innovation and assign an appropriate support status.

There are two ways to you can open an innovation you need to review.

  • click on the corresponding notification from the 'notifications' link in the banner. This will open up the needs assessment for the innovation.
  • from the home page, click on the 'review innovations' link in the first card. This will open a table showing all the innovations that your organisation needs to review. You can use the innovation advanced search function if you are unable to see the innovation in the list.

You will only be able to see innovations that have agreed to share their data with your organisation.

Once you have clicked on the innovation, you will be directed to it's needs assessment. Review all the information on the needs assessment.

If the needs assessment team have suggested your organisation, they will provide an explanation on what support they think you can provide. You can view this at the bottom of the needs assessment. This is based on the referral criteria your support organisation has provided them with.

After reading the needs assessment, you can find out more information about the innovation by clicking on the green 'continue to innovation' button.

This will take you to the innovation overview page. From this page you can click on the 'innovation record' link in the left-hand sidebar to see detailed information about the innovation.
