Difference between qualifying accessors and accessors
Qualifying accessors (QA) and accessors (A) are the two types of accounts for support organisations on the service.
Qualifying accessors have more permissions than accessors. They are responsible for reviewing all innovations referred to their organisation and setting an appropriate support status.
If the innovation is one their organisation can support, the QA is also responsible for assigning an accessor (either themselves or other QA(s)/A(s) within their organisation). A QA can also make onwards referrals to other support organisations through the service.
