Changes to the innovation record

Following research and feedback from innovators and partner organisations, the innovation record has been updated to improve clarity and user experience.

Any support currently being received within the service has not be affected.

The update included adding in new questions and changing some existing questions. Previous answers have been migrated over where possible, but where new options have be added, some answers may be lost. All new questions will remain blank until they are answered.

Below is an overview of the new questions that have been added, and existing questions that have new answer options.
